Hi! I’m Mary, the heartbeat behind Six Star Service LLC. I started my hospitality journey all the way back in 2008 when I landed my first waitressing job in Bargersville, Indiana. Here, I learned foundational hospitality service skills that I still deliver to this very day, like anticipating my guests needs before they make a request.

Eventually I made my way up to Indianapolis. Over the years I’ve worked at some of the most notorious restaurants in Indianapolis such as Buca di Beppo, Tastings Wine Bar, Spoke & Steel, and Harry & Izzy’s. I cherish my time with the Indianapolis service industry and all the amazing connections I’ve made here over the years.

During the pandemic, I shifted gears and landed a property management position. At one point, I managed over 1000 units scattered across central and east Indianapolis. I learned so much about what it takes to maintain a healthy home and happy resident.

Eventually, I leaned into the overwhelming calling to start an Airbnb, and I quickly realized this was my sweet spot. I absolutely love providing top-tier hospitality service to visitors. I quickly started a second listing, then before I knew it, I was managing listings for other hosts and acting as a consultant to other hosts in my community.

At Six Star Service LLC, we offer hands-on hospitality support designed specifically for short-term rental property owners who want peace of mind without giving up control.

We focus on the guest experience and daily operations, providing services such as:

·       Property inspections, maintenance coordination, and quality control

·       Cleaning and turnover coordination

·       Inventory management and restocking

·       Listing maintenance (photos, descriptions, suggestive pricing, availability)

·       Welcome guide preparation and staging

We do not engage in collecting rent, negotiating lease terms, or conducting real estate brokerage services. Our role is strictly operational, and all pricing, bookings, and financial decisions remain under your direction.
